RETURNS & EXCHANGES
RETURN POLICYReturns are accepted within 30 days of shipping date.
Your return will be processed in 3-5 business days from the day that we receive it. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed. Typically, a refund in the amount of the price of the item(s) returned and applicable sales tax will be credited to the original form of payment. Shipping is non-refundable. Here are the basic steps:
- Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
- All products must be returned in original condition, in original packaging (whenever possible), and with all tags attached.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- Keep the Return Tracking Number handy to ensure that the package is returned safely to the What's Right Shop.
- Anticipate a refund to the original form of payment. Shipping costs will be returned if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different item, please return the item(s) using the standard return procedure listed above, receive a refund, and place a new order for the desired replacement item(s).
