RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted within 30 days of shipping date.  


Your return will be processed in 3-5 business days from the day that we receive it.  You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed. Typically, a refund in the amount of the price of the item(s) returned and applicable sales tax will be credited to the original form of payment. Shipping is non-refundable.  Here are the basic steps:

  1.  Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
  2.  All products must be returned in original condition, in original packaging (whenever possible), and with all tags attached.
  3. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  4. Keep the Return Tracking Number handy to ensure that the package is returned safely to the What's Right Shop.
  5. Anticipate a refund to the original form of payment.  Shipping costs will be returned if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you would like to exchange an item for a different item, please return the item(s) using the standard return procedure listed above, receive a refund, and place a new order for the desired replacement item(s).
